Stacker Holdings is an independent sponsor.  We raise both debt and equity capital on a deal-by-deal basis.  We go to great lengths to thoughtfully design the balance sheets of the companies in which we invest, ensuring that they have the flexibility to weather downturns and have access to additional capital to support their growth.  Because each investment has different needs, we don’t have a standard template.  In the past, we have invested capital provided by individual investors, family offices, and institutional debt and equity providers.  We have also raised traditional bank financing for all of the businesses in which we have invested.
